John Dukich
CEO
John Dukich has been President of Ferential Systems, Inc. since 1996, and has over 30 years in both the accounting and risk management fields. His roles during the 1980s include CPA at Arthur Andersen (Accenture), Assistant Secretary in the accounting policy/strategic management group at Irving Trust (BNY Mellon), and Trader in the capital markets group at HSBC. In the 1990s, Mr. Dukich held the titles of Chief Architect of the VaR system at Thomson Reuters, Partner of Integrated Computer Development at Vertek Financial Systems, and Director of Risk Management Systems at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Melody Huang
Business Strategy & Client Services
Melody Huang joined Ferential in 2015 and brought over 20 years of experience in capital market industries. Over her career, she has held leadership roles in Risk Management, Product Control, Finance and Project Management at leading financial and insurance institutions such as Swiss Re, Wells Fargo, Gen Re, JP Morgan, and SunGard systems. She has a MBA in Finance from CUNY Baruch College and is a Certified Financial Risk Manger (FRM).
Nathan Law
Product Development
Nathan Law serves as Managing Director of Product Development at Ferential Systems Inc. Mr. Law has over twenty years experience delivering business driven strategic financial software and risk management solutions within leading global financial services institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and JPM Chase. Mr. Law has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from USC, a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Columbia University Engineering School, a Finance APC degree from NYU and advanced organizational and project management training in SEI CMMI, PMP, and Microsoft MSF.
Michael Richardson
Marketing & Sales
Michael Richardson joined Ferential in 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial markets. He has worked both on the buy-side and sell-side and has experience running a trading desk and as a research analyst. Mr. Richardson has a BA in Economics and English from Union College (NY) and possesses FINRA Series 7, Series 63, Series 86, and Series 87 licenses.
