Prices are $20.00 for a small space and $40.00 for a large space.  Please disregard other pricing details.

The new application reflecting these changes have been posted below, if you have already printed and or submitted your application with the appropriate fee, you are all set.  If you have over-paid, you will be refunded as appropriate.
